Way to bring the tech. Welcome to the IHB! I hope you enjoy participating here.

I just don't know what this has to do with <a href="http://www.redfin.com/CA/Yorba-Linda/20945-Via-Casco-92886/home/4265770">the property</a>, but the picture has been up for five days and it's the only photo. Maybe the Realtor uploaded the wrong jpeg.

That picture is still up! I love how the page says "Copyrighted Material" and this Realtor is publicly displaying it for all to see.

Dang! I missed seeing this as the photo. It's now a regular description with typical b class realtor photos. I wish I could read what the excerpt was :(

The pic is still up on ziprealty and is enlarged. You can make out the text there. I don't know if this will work unless you log in first, but <a href="http://www.ziprealty.com/buy_a_home/logged_in/search/home_detail.jsp?source=SOCALMLS&cKey=40znjf9w&page=1&listing_num=P693640">here it is.</a>

Thanks SoCal... being the RE geek that I am, I do happen to have a zip log in. It was still difficult to read and I was expecting it to be an excerpt out of some epic or classic novel, but from what I could read, it seemed like it may have been a book about the Rolling Stones???? I don't get it?????

I have been watching that one for years. I used to call it "Prince's House" due to the purple and animal print decor.

That's an awsome house. I just looked at a little one just down the hill from it that has been on the market for over a year and the price marched down from $900k all the way to $500 where it went pending.

No, I didn't go after this one. I just find it interesting the skill level being exhibited by people who expect to make that kind of money. Perhaps the listing agent knew the property wasn't going to sell at the WTF asking price and put in the appropriate effort; hard to say....
