Some of those girls are from my class at the gym.

You?re more than welcome to attend.

It?s quite different from the Sweatin? to the Oldies class you seniors love so much.

Here?s a video of us working out.

Let me know if you think you can keep up!

</blockquote>

Judging by the outfits in that class I'm not sure you were even born when it was filmed, Ten.

Damn, the 80s were tacky.

Get ready Cay all designs are turning toward the 80's for inspiration. Dark overtone of make up are back. Neiman, Saks, and Barney NY are advertising hard. Shoulder pads are back and so is Blondie's music.

[quote author="24inIrvine" date=1216687767]Are those outfits even allowed in a regular gym nowadays? I cant imagine someone actually wearing those in public.</blockquote>

Check out the Fall issues of Vogue and Vanity Fair in a month and you will see what we all though were ugly will be trendy again. Remember the platform heels and wedges that we thought would never come back again have already invaded the stores. Here is the updated platform in disguise.

You can't under estimate the power of advertsings.

I already read an article in Vogue several months ago about the "new shoulder pad" and how it was different than the 80s version. Whatever. All I heard was "it's not as bad this time, so you can buy it!"

Platforms and wedges have been around for a year or 2 already.

I first realized the 80s were back in full swing when everything at Guess/Marciano looked like a vintage Madonna video and everything in H&M;reminded me of what I wore in elementary school. I thought "wow...I remember this the first time around." This was last year.

I wasn't suggesting they wouldnt be allowed in due to ugliness. But that some managers would be pressured my members (or may already have it in the rules) to not allow people in with some rear skin showing.

And I have no idea what you are showing me from the shoes since I dont really pay attention to female styles/trends outside of the obvious stuff. What is wrong with them?

Cay,

You are up to date but some members are little slow and not keeping up with the trend.

Some of the skin exposure will be back. Fitness club is there to make money and will change its rule to allow for trend. There might even be a spike upward of male enrollments. Ten is already on the waiting list.

BK,

Now that we?re finally vibing, time to change up that avatar.

We need to replace your bird house with something more hip and contemporary.

Here?s my suggestion for you.

Ten my son, you have to find me a better picture than this. Where are the other 8 girls? And the side profile of you is distracting.

Good first try nontheless.

It's cool, man. We all have our knowledge bases. It does please me to know that I can occasionally school the great and all-knowing BK. :-)

Shoulder pads were ugly in the 80's so what genius thought they'd be any better now?!

The same guy who came up with the Lingerie bowl concept.

Bk's new site shows where Ten has taken some of his advice for his own.

http://img902.mytextgraphics.com/photolava/2008/07/21/mimscreenshot-4b9bm5185.jpeg

As you can see, you can apply to be Bk's assistant. Bk, how many times a day does Ten apply? Do you think he will ever be worthy enough to be your assistant? He has a long way to go, I know... I know..., but give the guy some hope. He would be crushed if didn't have that slight chance at his dream job.

I think this would be a cool avatar for Bk now...

I fixed your picture in the post, it wasn't showing up. So, don't forget to hit that thanks button a couple of times.

Man... only one day on the job and you are passing out on the desk. I will talk to Bk, and see if I can give him the hint to lighten your workload.

[quote author="graphrix" date=1216706771]Oops... I think I got the pics mixed up, I think I fixed it back to the right one...</blockquote>

How silly, you incorrectly posted the wrong picture.

The one you posted was from Ipop?s open house.

Nice shot of him sleeping at his desk.

At least he's keeping up his IHB post count.

You forgot to post the one with him proudly displaying the ?IPOPLAYA? vanity plate.
