Are the new formerly homeless residents going to get free orange bikes?

Hey, I've been looking to buy one actually. Know anyone selling them?

I have one to sell $150, sitting in the garage pretty much new

Bet you that he won?t take up your offer. Because he is really brave and vocal behind the keyboard and monitor. Shouting down on GP.

Nah, I'd still push for litigation. Drag everything out so this issue is discussed and over discussed instead of compromising.

GP property values won't plummet because of this. FCB money doesn't care about the living (homeless or the the jail), it cares about the dead (cemetery).

Cadence will sell well because of a shortage in housing, even at these prices/Mellos.

Jokes aside, I do think Tustin Legacy is a better location for a homeless shelter due to its proximity to cities that have a high homeless rate.

So for the homeless moved out of the Santa Ana River area, what happens at the end of the 30-day motel stay?

The OC mission is already there. Glad to see Irvine will now do it?s fair share with the tent city.

Is that for homeless in general or for women and children only? I recall a women's refuge over by Red Hill.

You're absolutely right. What was I thinking? (no sarcasm). FCBs don't care about eyesores, the stench, the convicts, the homeless, or even dirty laundry hung out to dry. They just want their Ferrari's wrapped in gold vinyl, iPhones covered in Swarovski crystals, Louboutins, and a damn parking spot at Diamond Jamboree.

I wouldn't underestimate the FCB's. They seem to be active on WeChat in regards to the proposed tent city. They're planning a protest tomorrow at the Irvine Civic Center at 11am.

Man, I got to work at 11AM.  Who's going to pay my mello roos when I take time off?

I thought Ballers don?t work..  ;)

Lisa Bartlett:  She said she feared [Judge] Carter would?ve rearranged the priority list and placed Laguna Niguel at number one, instead of Irvine, she told residents and reporters in the community room.

?I wanted to keep Laguna Niguel protected in the number three spot,? Bartlett told residents gathered around her. ?The position we?re in right now, we have to push back.?

Way to go Lisa, way to go.  Tell us how you really feel.  Her district supposedly represents Shady Canyon. Can we get some of the Big Boy dollars involved.

At present she is serving as Chairwoman of the Orange County Board of Supervisors, representing the Fifth District.[1] She is a Republican.[4] She is the former mayor of Dana Point, California.[1] Lisa made the political blunder of voting to put homeless encampments in Laguna Niguel an affluent neighborhood in her district. Due to these actions a recall event was initiated to get her out of office.

Why would voting for the homeless encampment help Laguna Niguel be placed below the other 2?

Supervisors Bartlett and Nelson went in front of Judge Carter today in a special hearing and told the judge that ALL the homeless should be housed in tents in Irvine and not in HB or LN.
