I think when people think of SFRs, they are looking for a type of property where you own home and lot... no shared anything... and yes... they want a driveway.

I don't think that even in an HOA SFR tract, each owner owns the community pool... but I may be wrong.

u own the community pool in "CONDO" style ownership...

sorry but im really losing my patience... google PUD ownership vs CONDO ownership vs CO-OP ownership...
 
San Remo is single family residence "structural wise" but even for Toscana because it shares the community pool it is condo style.

I stand corrected. stop promoting and defend your condo purchase by making San Remo sound more like SFR and demeans real SFRs like Toscana

It was driveway or bust for me!  I  :-* full driveways as much as you  :-* 3CWGs.    ;)

i am not actively promoting anything other then correcting misinformation... i dont need to defend shit... i havent brought up LA or san remo in my posts UNTIL YOU DO or until YOU ATTACK it... have u not noticed that?... who the fuck is the real shill here?... give me a break...

I like 3CWGs too but I don't have enough stuff to need one yet.

Hah. You don't get a 3CWG because you "need" one... you get it because every man should HAVE one.

However, I realize your current status allows for the need for only a 2CWG... but just imagine... you could have a pool table AND a ping pong or air hockey table in your garage. :)
