Hello, I'm new!

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
Welcome Blackvault,

I am delighted to see your first posts. Lately most of the first post by newbies were about how much they love the ldea of living in a highrise or how great Villages of Columbus are. Finally a sincere introduction that we don't often read.

Well thanks.

Welcome BV. As you can tell it is quite an eclectic crowd around here. Rub your exposed skin alot and try to lay off the lotion for awhile, that should help thicken it a bit.

Well thanks. No I won't even attempt to dream living in Irvine home at this point until the time is right. I lived in South Bend Indiana most of my life prior to Orlando, and I'm used to seeing prices of homes at 100-150. 200K homes were considered for the wealthy...

My wife and I are still young (mid 20s) so everything in due time right?

Now I just need to find a job at PIMCO or some investment firm and ditch healthcare....sigh....</blockquote>

Thank you for your enthusiam from Orlando. I apologize for ranting about the OC projects. One of my favorite neighborhoods in the USA is Coral Gables. I did a case study of this community several years ago. Do you make it down there much?
