1. I am an idiot. I knew we had some IHBers in Woodbury Place. Why didn't I ask someone for their name so we could split the $300?!!!

You know most places I have rented in the past I had a name I could use. But we are new to California and especially to OC so I drew a blank on the name. So atleast I used rent.com as my referral. Gotta get something. But yeah...I wish I knew a name.

I traded up and dropped OH Golden Spoon for Yogurtland.

The only drawback is that Yogurtland is constantly packed, whereas the OH shopping center is dead.

Yogurtland as teH suck...your ice cream melts in 3 seconds because of the quick heat transfer from your hands to the ice cream through via paper cups. Golden (s)Poon is way more technologically advanced when it comes to serving ice cream as they use polystyrene thermal insulation (aka styrophoam).



Most people don't think about the thermodynamics of eating ice cream, but well, its a shame to waste good ice cream, and nobody likes gummy bear soup!

I heard Zov's has a new 3-course prixe fixe dinner menu for $22. I've been meaning to check it out. Did you happen to order that?
 
Nah. We both ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with slices of avocado in it. I don't recall the name. It was pretty good. I thought about the 3 course meal, but it was after we moved in and it was already around 8pm then. I'll probably get that next and let you know.

Well... at least I didn't have to post the search button for blackvault. So, welcome and I look forward to your posts. I am glad you escaped the I.E., as everyone I know who has is glad that they have. Don't pay too much attention to Ipop though, he escaped but as you can tell from his posts he still belongs there. We are still trying to figure out how he was allowed here in the first place, and as soon as we can extradite him back there, then Irvine will be a peaceful place again. His obsession with back hair and mail boxes is getting pretty close to extradition time...

It was, but I suspect you could drag some of the out of their bunkers with the right bribery. Would be nice to meet some of the locals. =)

And folks aren't kidding about the addictive nature of IHB. Graph was all upset in the airport because the wifi wasn't free, and therefore he couldn't post on IHB. :-) He did, however, read this thread to me via the Crackberry. I'm telling you...we just can't get away!
