Great Park: Lennar - Rosemist

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
Check them out today for the first time.  I really like the plan 2 and surprised not all of them are sold immediately.

It has been 2 month since their last release and  only 5 out of 8 home are sold immediately, could it be that the sale has been slowing down?  Perhaps some people are waiting for Orchard Hill?

We heard the plan 3 is the most desirable.  We are on the list and want able to secure one this phase.  The was a huge jump in price about 67k from phase to 5. Are these prices going to continue to spike?  >:(

i think the plan 3 is the most practical. It has a 5 bedrooms with 2 master suites + loft + 3 car garage and a nice California room. Its a great floor plan and very functional. The price point was great for those who got in the first few phases, now, im not so sure. The lots are pretty big too. I bet they will continue to bring up the price bc they are very popular and have a list of buyers waiting for the next phase release!

I really like the plan 2 and would love that lot just off Ridge Valley with no one behind you.

This is just a bit over budget though... Alas, I guess it's not meant to be.

Does anyone know if Rosemist sold all plan 2s n 3 in last release(15th feb) or still some available??

My info as of Sunday is 2 plan 2s available. All plan 3s sold out. I posted about it on the previous page. Best way to find out is to just call them and ask. They are pretty good about giving accurate info on sales.

As of 3/3, only 2 homes avail.

Plan 1 at $1,105,490 - 15,490 sq ft lot
Plan 2 at $1,149,790 - 8,397 sq ft lot

15490 sq.ft.!!

I'll take it!

It's probably these corner lots:

The Plan 1 sides Portola Parkway so that's a con. The Plan 2 is probably better located and I'm not sure if the lots on that side have slopes from the wall on Ridge Valley.

I remember driving by and the houses are below street level, can't confirm, but I would think so.  Slope x Portola x crappy inflexible next gen home design = unsold
