All of northeast Irvine is done. Who the hell wants to live next to dead people buried in the ground? TL for life!

Went to revist Greenwood, spoke to a sales person from Crawford. They were throwing out the Cemetery news. I notice all the potential buyers in the sales office stopped to listen.  The asians there cringed then asked for more info on Greenwood.
So how did that work?

You: Can I get a price sheet and floorplan brochure?
Sales: Sure, and did you hear about the cemetery they are building right next to Beacon Park?

Beacon Park and Greenwood don't even compete. One is in IUSD and way more per sq foot and the other is in TL. I doubt they would get anyone to buy in TL because of the cemetery in Irvine. If that were the case, they could take their $$$$ to Orchard Hills and be in the Tustin district and be away from the cemetery.

TL competes on price.

Besides, Cal Atlantic has projects in BP.

Hi R2D

Got a quick-move-in flyer from CalAtlantic.  No quick move-ins at Stafford but a few immediate move-ins available at Crawford and Sheldon.  Initial phase buyers dropped out?

I'm sure there are some from Stafford. Might be not classified as quick move in because they are delaying closing because of the Edison company not getting electrical hooked up which is a huge problem for me. My current house will be closing next week and I have to be out by the 30th which WAS plenty of time but it looks like it won't be ready in time now.

Trying to figure out what I'm going to do with the few days between houses. I'm not especially attached to my current furniture (in fact I was planning on trying to reupholster and cut my couches into chairs, etc....... that's how much I care about my furniture) so I don't want to spend a lot to store it.

This is not the correct elevation but it's got to be a quick release home:

The reason it's that high is they added all the options down to flooring the first buyer chose.

In construction usually things happen in a hurry at the last minute, hope that would be the case and you can move in as planned.  Otherwise, paging USCTrojanCPA, May be you can park your cars out for a few weeks and give the space to R2D for temporary storage.

We were supposed to close Nov 23rd, so closing my current house left us plenty of time wiring money to get it done on time. We decided to rent back until the 30th in case things got delayed but we were told no earlier than Dec 4th now because of Edison.

Won't the buyers let you rent back for one more week?  Can the movers load everything in the truck and keep it there for 5 days for a charge?  Will Stan Pac put you up in a nice hotel?

I was originally planned to close Dec 15th and now it is Dec 22nd

They can speculate on rumors about the cemetery, but cant close on time.

Who has speculated on rumors about the cemetary?  I could care less.
