Jeezus... they go all out with some awesome copper piping work, but they install the 1/4th horsepower $74.99 bottom line model disposer. Man... if you are going to spend that much on copper, and take the freakin time to take a picture of the piece of junk, then upgrade to the <a href="http://www.insinkerator.com/product/product.php?id=206&template=hhd">evolution excel</a> if you want to share a picture of it. This bad boy has a full 1 horsepower motor and can shred a fork or human limb to bits in a matter of seconds. I recommend that the Realturd of this property try the latter.

I mean, at least it is purdy, and costs less than the price drops this place will suffer.
 
I think he is being shot at. Give him some props for at least getting that pic in, and more importantly... that he is still alive to upload it.
 
The buyer should always be able to visualize themselves... having a birthday party in the new home.

Hmmm, "VERY CLOSE to Hoag Hospital" appears to be more accurate. And IIRC, the Hoag Heart Institute is at the base of that tower - best location if you're having cardiac arrest!

Sweet, I've always wanted that! I can't say much, i've owned a small flat where i actually hand to enclose the bathroom. Wasn't bad though the bathroom was something like a 10x15 room.
