Hold the phone, Batman. Is that a fieldstone planterbox in the kitchen on the right side? I'd try to draw eyes to the dishwasher, too.</blockquote>

Then again they could have cropped that out of the pic entirely. Hard to believe they didn't mention that in the poignant listing description:

Wait a minute?!?!? New oven, new microwave hood AND new dishwasher THAT DOESN'T MATCH?!?!? They couldn't spring the extra $100 to get the stainless dishwasher? No matter... "Not last long ! Regular sale !!!" Wow.... just wow.

I'm detecting a theme here w/ the tubs... I know a lot of people think furnished homes sell better because buyers lack imagination but really I'm pretty sure we know what to do with a tub.

I've actually been at an open house where they had rose pedals floating in the tub.

Like we all take baths with rose pedals around us (and Brad Pitt will be joining me any minute as well).

When my folks remodeled our house in the 70's I'm not sure what they were more proud of, the burnt orange carpet or the fieldstone planter and fireplace.

Well it does look like the sort of place where you'd find certain half-dressed women. LOL

ok finding funny listing pictures is too easy in Westminster.

One family's idea of tidying up for photos.

20 listing pictures=good! Random ones of your family dog and nothing else=not so much. I looked for a "dog-friendly home" reference in the description to justify the picture but the closest thing I found was the mention of a "carpet allowance".

I've noticed that messy interior photos seem to be a dead give-away of short-sale properties. They have just stopped caring.
