Makes me feel stupid for laughing at this house! No, the $4M pricing was for non view lots. The view lots were $5M.

It's funny that they keep increasing prices on lots 95, 96, 100, probably due to adding more upgrades each stage, even though those are already ridiculously priced.Holy shit. This makes Olivewood a bargain. I stopped by to check it out yesterday. They still have lot 42, 95, 96 and 100 available from $2.9 to $3.5
Huge lot, with a view (even though mountain view) and nice landscaping, this is a steal.Makes me feel stupid for laughing at this house!
I'm pretty sure you could do either of those things, although I feel like the HOA would be more open to an enclosed yard.that 101 summerland is a nice lot. wish you could open up that side area for more car parking or close it off to connect to the backyard.
These look like they were put in with the original build of the home.Wow, what an eyesore! Seems like the solar panels on the roof was an after thought for them and you can literally see the missing roof tiles at the front and around the solar panels, I would never buy a home from such a builder doing shortcuts like this!
