Framing in Stonegate

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
at least you save some money, since you won't have to download your pron, you can just look into your neighbors house (so long as you have typical for Irvine hardbody neighbors!)

That's called the IHO View Lot Premium.

Here's a map view of one of the tracts, street names and all :). The Irvine Company chooses the strangest street names haha.

Where did you get the screen shot?  I would like to see the map view for the other 3 SG neighborhoods if possible.  :)

The link above is right :) But when I was scrolling around trying to find the other ones along with Laguna Altura and PA40 nothing was showing up.

Stopped by Stonegate to look at the framing and have the kids play at the elementary playground.

One of the benefits of these new homes for families with young kids like mine is the proximity to the elementary school... and it's fairly close to Woodbury Town Center.

The home designs, though, are not very functional. Maricopa, the lone SFR product has small upstairs execution and it makes me wonder if Irvine Pacific is really making these to reflect family lifestyles or to maximize profit. For example, most of their SFRs in Woodbury (and even their detached condos in Stonegate) have laundry rooms upstairs... but in Maricopa, 2 of the 3 plans have them downstairs. Why not add more living space downstairs, put the laundry up, and add a bit more living space upstairs like a tech center or a loft (only Plan 3 has a loft option)?

Hello,  saw that you bought a Plan 2 in Capistrano from this post.  I was wondering how do you like it?  Our concerns are that the backyard is small (much smaller than the models, and the master closet is a bit small).  But overall, are you happy with your purchase, and the neighborhood, traffice etc....?

We are considering getting one of the buid-out, there happens to be a detached until in Plan 2 by the model homes.  Wanted to get ppl's feedback who already owned a home there.  Any insights will be great!
