I can see where you?re going with the new rankings and think it?s a good idea for most folks here.
However, I have a fundamental problem with the new rankings.
?IAC Renter? is not appropriate nor suitable for me because it does not accurately reflect my character.
In fact, it?s demeaning and contrary to my core values.
Therefore, I would like to ask that you upgrade my ranking/title to something more appropriate, reflecting my true ethos, like IHB ICON.
If you need any references or recommendations, please see the March Madness thread.
Where I reached out and grabbed the gold against a very hostile field.
In very impressive fashion I might add.
Not everyone can wear the crown, this was my year.
So I?m ?entitled? to all the perks associated with winning.
Next year, maybe Graph, Nude, Skek, Troop or someone else will climb the peak and taste victory.
We?ll see, in the meantime, upgrade my ranking to IHB ICON, I deserve it.

I'm going to be in a condo for a while. I guess that's accurate enough. I might actually buy a house by the time I get to the Starter Home level.

Shhhhh, quiet. I'm trying to chill in my McMansion and all of your homeless newbie/ renter voices are echoing off my fine 18" x 18" tile.
As you can see, I have an accepted offer in on a Custom Estate and I should be moving in this week. Neener. :coolsmirk:

Sadly, had to leave Ipop off that list because he?s such a UCLA honk.
The March Madness crown was just one reference among a multitude.
Sure any guy can spew facts to support housing in Irvine being over-priced or data regarding the inflation of commodities like gold, oil,etc..
I deliver on the stuff that really matters, you know the micro stuff that really hits home.
For instance, I bet you didn?t know that the price of AXE body spray has doubled over the past year and half. Not to mention, the Neutrogena self-tanner.
Have you seen the price on a Mystic Tan lately?
The mere fact that I?m an SC alum ?entitles? me to top of the food chain status.

that idea wouldn't be half bad. maybe squeeze in a few things like townhome or detached condo. between living with parents and IAC rental could be something like "renting room from old lady." a category could probably be squeezed in between start home and mcmansion.
