It's hard to tell the progress, some days there's a full force razing the land, other days it's empty.
Hope it doesn't get delayed years on end like oh was
 
I don't recall when builders really drop prices, they either delay the opening or release phases with less # of homes or lengthen the phases releases or include bunch of upgrades (or all of the above)

Similar to stonegate or less.  The roads surrounding the area is already built. 

Yeh agree, should be similiar to Stonegate and Cypress Village.

HOA probably be around $150/month at start and down to around $130 at build-out and the M.R. probably around $3500-$4500/year depends on the size of the home.  Overall, the HOA and M.R. will be lower than BP.
