Well, on a second thought, with the house being on the largest single investment; the IHB has been like an post-graduate degree, in terms of saving you money for waiting; educating yourself; and investing in yourself and in your families future... So all you McMansion out there, consider putting a MA in IHB on your resume! (Someone should print out some token certificate, to hang in your future wall!)

Has anyone else noticed that the best threads in terms of the ones that you have to keep coming back to and sheer volume of posts are the ones that get hijacked?
