Florida's death rate from Covid at a National level would put us at 915,000 dead.

CDC research shows other excess deaths are up too.  In Texas, 3365 excess deaths from diabetes, 4150 excess deaths from hypertension.  The data is stark. 

In Florida, 3273 excess deaths from diabetes. 3531 excess deaths from hypertension, 5223 excess deaths from cerebrovascular diseases, 3349 excess deaths from ischemic heart disease, 2827 excess deaths from malignant neoplasms.

If you add those 18,203 excess deaths to Florida's 58933 covid deaths, scale for National population and we'd only  be at 1.2 million deaths, trivial really, I'm sure Herman Cain approves.

Yah, but we don?t live in a linear straight line world?we live in the real world. It?s that kind of assumptive straight line math that said there would be no ice caps by 2010 and no more snow in NY 5 years ago.  Too many variables and and unforeseen changes make statistical projections like that meaningless.

Florida - 59495 Covid deaths.
Alabama - 15,484 Covid deaths.
Georgia - 27,916 Covid deaths.
South Carolina - 13,670 Covid deaths.

All total, their population is 42 million, total covid deaths: 116,565.

California population 39.5 million, total covid deaths: 72,026.

but hey, what's 50% more deaths.

Another oversimplification of a complex model.  Population density, population demographics (age, incomes, family status...) weather, social makeup and on and on...cannot make a simple linear comparison of two such diverse regions, let alone 5 states.  Anyone can make the numbers dance to whatever tune they want to hum. It's called "fishing"... As I always say....its all BS...

No, I'm very consistent that ALL the numbers are tainted and slanted...ALL of them cannot be trusted.  The truth lies somewhere in between. I t goes with my belief that in the end very little can be done...virus gonna virus.

Taiwan, population 23.5 million.  Covid deaths 895.
Florida, population 21.5 million.  Covid deaths  59,495.

6600% more deaths over a year and a half.

Looks like more thoughts and prayers needed in Florida.

 
I have clients IN Taiwan and they will tell you those numbers are not real.  Asia always strives to save face...you don't really believe the numbers out of China do you?  As bogus as our numbers are there are some advantages to a fairly free society...one is total conspiracies' are hard to keep up...some truth has to get out.

We know that China's numbers are not real...and I trust China's numbers more than Florida's numbers. And I trust Taiwan's numbers a whole lot more than China's numbers.

You keep saying that...please post the proof that Florida's numbers as reported are less reliable than China.  I would love to review that evidence (if any exists)

We know the numbers can be easily distorted and taken out of context. But let's just apply some common sense:

If the hospitals are as crowded as they claim, why forcing vaccine mandate on the staff and risk losing up to 30% of them?
