i didn't make the statement just to you. i did it for everyone, i am fully aware that you didn't ask me, but i did anwswer your questions.



i honestly don't care about the value until i want to sell my home which most likle will be never. untill then i will enjoy living there or renting it out.



i am for one are certainly not here to educate anyone and i hope everyone reading my (or others) comments will take them with a grain of salt

Hmm-m-m, something about flmgrip's posts is telling me that flmgrip's whole story is a farce. More like flmgrip has either some emotional or monetary investment in Lennar and rather than being straight forward about his/her opinion, he/she made up a fictional story to make a rather weak point. I never interpreted jbatzmaru's behavior as rude. Why did flmgrip? And why so assertively? Anyways, just a guess.

i could cut and paste the comments that jb did to make me believe he was rude to to lennar, and it makes me believe also that's why he lost out on a possible good deal...



but i don't feel like spending my time on that right now and more important i respect the wish of jb to let this thread die....
