I had an Integra in college...lowered, tinted windows, Alpine head unit with detachable face plate (do they still make these anymore?), 2 10" subwoofers in the truck, thumping Public Enemy...thinking I was a badass, but looking back, super retarded.  I shake my head now at those same college students.  I guess I just had to get it out of my system.  I'm embarrassed of some of the things I did in the past.

When I saw this thread, it brought to mind the 3rd row seat stealing that's going on these days. It's been on the news throughout the southland. I even read it on the Irvine police blotter the other day.

People are also stealing the catalytic converters on SUV's and trucks.  The clearance (height) of the vehicle makes it easy to scoot under the car and unbolt it with no jack.  They then sell it on the black market for a few hundred each.  The poor guy who owns the car then gets shafted for $1000+ to buy another one.  The reason it is expensive is due to the small amount of platinum in the converter.
To prevent theft, some people are having their catalytic spot welded at the joints to the rest of the exhaust.

Worth at least 20-40hp plus faster turbo spool up and you might even hear the turbos spooling up (great sound).
