Oh noes, PP sits on its head and BP is in the belly of the beast.
Can't wait to see what's next, c'mon panda bear...

the Crane will bring positive benefits to the male of the family.
And how does living in a FCB dominated community have any positive benefits to the male of the family?

Now the mystery of the Pavilion Park circle and "beak" road is revealed. Tune in for more future hidden auspicious symbolisms in your GP hoods that you always have wondered why GP streets don't conform to the typical Irvine jail cell grid.

Given all of the BP homes going up on Redfin, it looks even the eternal, limitless powers of fung shui cant save BP from its overpriced homes.

The crane-shaped streets promising immortality to all homeowners should ensure sales at any price, no?

When the other new homes are bought, then people will consider BP. Also, if there is a big price reduction or big incentive, then BP might sell.

Can't wait to see it all, but of course this may take a while... Other neighborhoods won't start until BP is close to being done, etc etc

Just a thought, If sales are really bad, they might stop selling.

Another thought, they might sell the land to another builder. The next builder might sell cheaper town homes, condos. (But that option needs all the approvals)

Would be great for the current residents, aka ellwoodians. All that space for themselves.
Don't they need to sell so they can actually have residents with kids needing that school to open?  Also all that forgone Hoa and double MR they could've been collecting.  I don't think they'll do a stop sale.

I took the family this past weekend to check things out. Unlike Greenwood (http://www.talkirvine.com/index.php/topic,13252.msg266692.html#msg266692) , the staff at BP encouraged my kids to play on ALL the playground equipment. They had a blast running up and down the rope net courses and tree house.

The club house and common areas looked impressive. I enjoyed the ighbors  ;) The common areas were definitely a home run and upgrade over PP facilities.

BP homes sales might be slow but their park is a huge success. There must have been a 100 kids running all over the common areas/park this afternoon. I'm guessing most of the adults hanging out in the park were not looking at model homes. I saw people eating food on the  tables, picnic blankets and lawn chairs on the grass, and folks playing badminton. If I didn't know better, I would think the BP community was fully sold out and moved in.

Yea. BP park has been making the rounds on mommy blogs and  parenting fb groups as the new IT park this year. Funny enough though, no one calls it beacon park. It's just known as the new treehouse park :)
