so this one was listed for 975K and closed for 955K. in the details it says it closed on 12/5/13 but it still says pending. Does anyone know why redfin would still say pending?

MLS shows it as BACK-UP OFFER status but it did close on 12/5/13 based upon my title records.  Guess the realtor didn't update the status to SOLD on MLS so chalk this one to input error (or lack there of).
