Paris, if you would kindly sign my petition demanding more photos, I will submit it to Qwerty. I'm thinking biceps.

maybe instead of the bicep ill give you the horseshoe pic, i mean triceps :-)

It has been 10 MINUTES!!!!! What is taking so long!  >:(
Refresh.

Give the man some time.  He has to scour through thousands of google images to find the perfect bicep to match the skin tone of the calves picture he posted ;)

Yep, plus I'm sure it takes time and skill to get around that "naked arms and legs" filter at work.

Qwerty, just be sure to post a NSFW warning for our virgin eyes if the tricep will include a Rated X elbow shot. Elbows are sooo "50 Shades of Grey". Wouldn't want to get anyone fired.

I'm going to have gasman start taking the pictures :-)

I should have thrown a USC victory sign next to calves so the authenticity would not be questioned :-)

No problem. Just shave "I
RKAoBbT.gif
Iho" into your body hair so we know it's really you.

It's already tatooed on his chest.

#USCTrojanisms

But I think  the tattoo read "I
RKAoBbT.gif
HO" not IHO.

How are you all doing as we approach end of April? I've lost 10lbs but had a week where it was tough, had family in town and many temptations and restaurant visits. Back to the grind again this week.
Progress reports anyone?

my 14 day keto diet has been working; dropped about 3 lbs in 2 weeks. 3 lbs is not bad given my starting point. time to start lean bulk. I just had to lower my protein and increase my fat intake to get to ketosis faster; I now eat half bag of bacons for breakfast, spoonfuls of mayo, and drink coconut oil butter blended coffee...etc

Instead of CKD where I do 1 gigantic carb up day once a week, I am going to do TKD starting tomorrow where I will consume 50g of complex carb 1 hr before work out, and 25g of dextrose right after; so there will be glucose from pre work out carb and glycogen (for future workout) from post work out carb in my system. So more energy for my muscles. let's see if I can get my strength back while keeping body fat contained.

Didn't do too well this week. Weigh in is tomorrow but I think I gained. Had a few kid parties this weekend and ate pretty bad lol.

It's alright, gotta get back on it!! :)

Congrats, Paris. Good job.

I'm in the market for a bike now. Checked out Sports Chalet last weekend. Looked some more today. Still browsing. Hope to reach a decision soon. My plan is to develop a routine - bike for an hour or two a day, a few times a week. Nothing serious. I'm not the next Armstrong. Just working towards better health overall. I debated getting an indoor recumbent bike but decided on an outdoor bike. I think I could use some sunlight. People keep asking me if I'm a visitor from out of state.

Thanks! Now the tough part is to keep the momentum going after a 1 week set back. Haven't gotten on the scale yet, afraid to (all my hard work down the drain  :() but I will tomorrow. Haven't worked out in a week either - back into it again tomorrow though.

Yes living in Irvine you should definitely get an outdoor bike and then find some friends to ride with, it's so much fun that way. For some reason I like working out indoors - I feel like I put in more effort and overall get a better workout on the indoor treadmill or with the insanity videos. But I think my lowest weight in history was back in med school when I went running with our "running club" every morning outside which was a tough workout for me.

Do you guys have better results based on the time you work out - morning vs afternoon vs evening?

for an aerobic workout, nothing is better than working out in the morning before you eat, your body must used stored energy (fat) to get you through the workout.

wake up your DH early and have some "exercise" together. not only it does what Qwerty said, it will also help boost you metabolism and brighten your mood for the entire day. plus I think guys' drive is at the highest point in the morning as well.

What's funny is my calorie-counting app actually made a new category for that in its last update under "Activities & Exercise". I showed it on my phone to Mr. SoCal. He was thrilled... and he's not even counting calories.  :P

Wow, that was pretty uncalled for and pretty sickening.  I mentioned kid party bud.

speaking of nuts, I just loaded up 5 lbs of Brazilian nuts from Sprouts that is on sale for $7 a pound. Brazilian nut is a good natural testosterone booster. So Paris and SoCal, grab some Brazilian nuts for your DHs.
