I hope they build another exit... that roundabout is going get ugly in the mornings.

Yeah that roundabout might be tight but then again... It's supposed to allow more free flowing traffics.  I did hear that they are building a pedestrian walkway so at least you can walk your kid to school.

From the looks of it there will not be a connecting road to the roundabout entrance to PP from the TIC sliver of land, though I could be wrong.  There IS a long ass wall.  Think of it as the great wall of PP, meant to keep scary low income folks out. And on the other side, a wide road to keep them out!

Isn't this what test said was so great about CV and its low income units?

I drove by there and saw the wall.. wonder where they would exit though?  The Tale of Two Cities?

There is an entrance on portola parkway.  The irvine blvd side would get tricky due to the 133 on/off ramp.  Maybe there will be a connection thru PP, but it would probably be faster just to go up to portola then drive through the neighborhood.

What they should do is extend Prospect all the way to Modjeska, it would create a much better exit point for those that head southbound on Irvine Blvd.

Going all the way up Ridge Valley, to Portola, to Portola Springs, then down to Modjeska is too far and quite annoying.

I spoke with a salesperson this weekend and she told me these houses are for seniors (55years+).  They are low income and they are for lease only.  Can someone verify these info?
