What are the HOA dues at Vista in Summit?

The HOA dues at Vista are estimated to be $995/month, then at Build-Out, estimated to be $774/month, all subject to DRE approval.

These shared mailstations are more secure because they lock. Also there is a package locker that locks. I prefer this set up to when I lived in an older section of Irvine where each person had their own mailbox in front of their house and there was repeated mailtheft from unlocked boxes.

It's safer and also less work for the USPS. They don't have to drive around the block. And the package lockers come in two sizes, the big one pretty big. I agree that this setup is better.
