PS: I would add that the time between today and January's inauguration will be some of the most dangerous of times for the Republic. The Blob in D.C. knows their days are numbered and could attempt any number of shenanigans to annul the election . Yes, it's time to celebrate, but also to be wary.

I have a question though, if Trump was already claiming fraud and a rigged election, does this mean the results are invalid? Can't have it both ways. Haha... I don't really believe this but I hope this illustrates how silly these types of claims are. now and back in 2020 and 2016 by both sides.
I was hoping for a balanced Prez, Senate, House no matter who became president but with it all going red, my hope is that the non-MAGA Republicans will keep some semblance of balance and power check.
I look forward to the disruption policies that Donald is known for but fear the divisiveness that his followers feel the need to push. Many friends, co-workers and others I know are worried about the future but I always look for the positive. Easy for me to say in California but I am concerned for the people I know who don't fit the desired MAGA profile in other less friendly states.
Let's hope the Civil War movie (not the Marvel one) doesn't come to fruition.
In 2 years there may be a change to balance the scales... but based on what "America wants"... not too sure.
I think I'll make my $200 donation to some diversity charity.... and I will refrain from posting here for 1 month (as I did for the past week+).

At least one, possibly two of the older Supreme Court Justices will be able to resign, knowing their younger replacements will more than likely be constitutional originalists.

It just occurred to me Dem has one trump card left.
They can walk back 2020 election results and admit Trump won so Trump can be sworn in right now and finish his 2nd term in Jan 2025. He cannot serve a 3rd term due to 22A.
