I love DTF, but can someone recommend some alternatives? I've had Paradise and it's pretty good too.

I prefer Paradise over DTF.
You can try 7 grams in Tustin or Sunny Dumpling in Lake Forest, believe there is a Mama Lus in Tustin, but I've never tried that one, used to go the Alhambra one years ago, prior to covid.

DTF is MUCH better than Mama Lus and Sunny's Dumplings. I hate the wait/price as much as the next guy, but unfortunately, DTF actually has a superior product.

Haven't been to New York Upper Crust / Broolyn's Finest Pizza in a while. Just found out they are closing 10/29.

Yeah and they just redid all their branding a few years ago... probably going to be replace by a hot pot place.

I wish they would put their tiny indoor seating back. I would go there off hours in the afternoon and watch sports on their big screen while eating slices and a salad.

Coffee Tomo has closed and is getting replaced with Nick the Greek's. Truly sad because they were the only mom-and-pop coffee shop in an Irvine Company center.

Lot of Greek places opening up. Little Greek in The District, The Great Greek replacing Luna Grill and now another Nick the Greek.

Ootoro is also owned by the same Ootoro on Michelson in Irvine. Not sure if there's a difference in the menu or anything.
