Your Profession in Irvine?

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
I am interested in finding out the occupational demographics of people living in Irvine. We don't need to know your income as we already know what the median/average income in Irvine is from the thread " Jamboree Shopping Center " from rickhunter.

I am assuming that there are a lot of professionals related to real estate businesses (agents, lenders, commercial, etc.) My hunch is that there are also lawyers, doctors, and last, but not least teachers. I know that bloggers on this site are only going to be a small sample of ALL of irvine, but I'm sure we come to some kind of conclusion of general percentages of different vocations.

OK I will start:

Hello my name is Panda. Some guys like "IPOP" call me Panda Express. I am a business owner who started my ecommerce business from my garage, and now my business is doing well. My first passion is ecommerce (my current vocation) and my second love is irvine real estate.

Well, my bio says producer of chartpr0n, but I have been using my google-fu skills more lately. For almost five years now I have had a side business of selling tin-foil hats out of my garage.

EvaL - Do I need to produce some chartpr0n from the CBRE report? Good stuff I tell you.

Thanks for the info Eva, and that's Good News.

Where exactly is the old New Century building located?. I've been looking in Irvine and seems that the Tripointe Area between Trabucco / Alton have some of the best rental rates for office/warehouse spaces.

I spend time designing and managing the control of entropy on a very local level. Of course my efforts are ultimately for naught as the only true way to stop entropy is to do nothing, for nothing at all to happen. Where?s the fun in that? If the means to reverse the entropy clock is every discovered, I will go back in time and ask you, before you created this thread, ?Why does it matter??

I am a stand-up philosopher.

I coalesce the vapor of human experience into a viable and logical comprehension.

I'm an accounting geek but what I really wanted to be was... was... a lumberjack. Leapin' from tree to tree!

Nutter's Foil Hats, Inc. - Would you want to be without one when the sky falls?! As an added perk, our hats block the harmful rays of the sun and protect you against alien mind control as well...

Geez, the quality of this thread really turned out well : Tin Foil Hat makers, a lumber jack, a full-time gambler, a stand up philosopher, what's next a male prostitute in Irvine?

Did i tell you guys that i founded the Panda Express Franchise?

Maybe because Effenheimer hasn't been around as much and hasn't seen this thread yet. There has to be a good reason why he hasn't been around as much, and why he is so busy.

Wondering if anyone knows what percentage of the job market in Irvine is real estate related? 20%, 25%, 30%? 40% Is the Real Estate industry now as predominate as the aerospace industry was back in the early 90's? Thanks in advance.

The "pretty women" provided the best description of my profession: "similar to a car thief, who steals the car and sell the car for the value of parts as it usually worth more than the car".
