2. Transfer remaining balance out of Citibank for fear of Citibank going down

3. Explore precious metal investments

4. Explore commodity ETFS

5. Move back home (LA County) and stop renting in Irvine

<p>There seems to be a ton of places on the net to buy coins and bars. Do you buy from any local dealer? I know a bunch of jewelers that sell gold coins but wondering if there are better sources.</p>
