<p>I've been thinking about starting a small REO on my own. I don't quite have the liquidity to go it alone anymore. The apartments are taking up quite a bit of my cash pool. I'd be willing to look working in a place like that for a small bit of cash and working towards comissions.</p>

<p>This has now become comical. Now the bank, one week after relisting at a higher price, has taken the property back off the market.</p>

<p>I hope the bank chases prices down and lose everything. Although I am anxious for something to sell to at least give me an idea of what homes are worth. One thing is for sure, homes are not worth anything near what people are asking for them.</p>
