Would you buy a house if it had any one of these on curbside in front of house

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
This is the perfect thread for a picture of Pennywise, but don't know how to post one.

In some cases the curb in front of your home is longer to accomodate the drain, which often then is one of the few places to park in front of for some communities.

Let's throw SCE transformer in the mix, would you be okay with having one in your front/side yard?

That's an absolute No, No. They're big, puke green colored, and sticks out like a sore thumb.

No only is it a sore thumb but maybe a potentially pose a health problem in long term??

Btw any of the things mentioned considered bad feng shui??

I don't mind having a fire hydrant very close to the house.  When I shop around for homeowners insurance, some companies ask me how far away the fire hydrant is from my property.  I asked if it is better the closer it is and they have said yes.  I assume it is because it is easier/faster for the fire fighters if your house is on fire maybe?
