Worst set of house pictures, ever?

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
The house looks like it is in good shape, it would have only taken maybe a days worth of work to make it look ok. (Basically throwing away all the trash/junk)

I don't understand why they didn't even put that much effort into it?

You guys also forgot the picture of the holiday faux brick fireplace cover and purple tree...

These are lame pictures but it's almost more sad than anything that whoever took them obviously doesn't care at all about the place...

Looks like the type of fuzz you get when you take a picture from inside your car...

And this confirms it. So, they took one photo of the house from the side, and another of the street. Bang-up job, there.

Asking price: $450,000

Purchase price: $582,000 in 200

Why take pictures of the inside of the house when you can show the street? Although, based on the pictures from this thread. I can guess why they wouldn't show the interior.

What would possess someone to not only take, but include a picture of that garage in an MLS listing?

The clutter in that house would drive me batty. Those people seriously need to have a garage sale.

That is an infloor tub. Rare, but there is an entire complex of apartments in Tustin that had them when I was growing up. I don;t know the reason for it, but they are out there.

It could be a Japanese style bath, but at least in the hotels I stayed in, they had a screen between the toilet and bath, if the toilet wasn't in a room separated by a door.

Getting in and out of that bath would be a pain, too, especially with wet feet on a stone floor.
