Woodbury/WBE Sales Pace?

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
There was a villages of irvine email saying final chance to buy coronado. I thought they were building 105 homes total. Have they almost sold them all!!!??
I know pace at 2010 collection was surprisingly high but this is unbelieveable.

Yes, Coronado surprises me as well. It is so close to Sand Canyon (specially Plan 3) and it is selling so fast. Sales of Montecito and Monterey are also good and looks like they are also planning to close all phases by next month. Sonoma and Santa Cruz are moving slowly.

I don't think they will sell out now. But I do think they will sell out all 16 phases (except for model) by mid. of May, before their phase 1 move-in.

Monterey is releasing their last set of 9 homes next week. After that they will have the 3 model homes left.
So coronado all gone, monterey all gone in 10 days. Not bad at all for TIC and these selected partner builders.
No wonder they are releasing many more in portola/santa barbara etc.
