Woodbury Ralph's - going down fast?

I was at the Ralph's last night and saw many manager's specials stickers marking down chicken, ground beef, and produce. Also its a very bad sign when you can park right in front next to the handicapped spots of the store on a Sunday evening. Across the town center at the new Counter franchise that opened it was a completely different story. That place had lines out the door both times I walked by this weekend.
