Woodbury - Mille Fleurs by Standard pacific

Just to reconfirm the post from Anon above, we stopped in Mille Fleurs today and Homesite 89 (Residence 2 Tuscan) is indeed the last one available. All three models have been sold --- the Plan Two model is still open to tour as Stan Pac is leasing it back from the purchaser. Pricing on Homesite 89 is $1,435,000. Two other families in looking at the model at the same time as us.

I was told that Standard pacific was going to release another community in Woodbury that is similar to Mille Fleurs. The floor plans and community name have already been finalized. However, they decided to delay it.

Where in Woodbury is there still space for them to build a community ? It seems pretty packed.

woodbury is not completely built out on the side that borders trabuco, there is still a good amount of land there.

If you look on the Woodbury map there are also areas to be built out on both sides of the City Stroll (the diagonal road that connects the Woodbury Rec Center - the big square in the middle - with the Woodbury Town Center/shopping area):

I just noticed today that Zillow already has property prices for transactions recorded at the end of last Nov. So, unless you need the records for the past 45 days, you can probably just get it from Zillow. I compared my data, which was obtained from the county records office, with Zillow's Sales data, they were the same.
