The view from my apartment is changing. More townhomes on Long Grass are being built. I'm surprised how quickly they got them up.
 
I drove out there in the October timeframe while scoping out rental possibilities, and was surprised as how reasonably finished things seemed considering the degree to which sales activity has ground to a halt.



I suspect it looks more complete than the painfully-extended pre-build HOAs the residents are paying would indicate.
