Hmm I guess admin took away the delete button?  There will be a lot more blank posts - I always hit quote instead of modify by accident. Ack!
If you hit quote, you still have a chance to not post whatever you are quoting.

I can confirm that the delete has been removed because some members are deleting entire threads which impacts the content of TI. Additionally, deletion of single posts also disrupts the conversation threads.

Just blank em out.... or say what you have to say... don't be shy!

I'm never shy. What I mean is I want to edit for typos and hit quote instead of modify. Then I just click "post" without thinking about it (esp on my phone) so it results in a double post.
Yeah you are, you never came by my 32 Seedling open house.  :(

The gap between the rich and poor grew wider especially in Orange county.

I think some of our Irvine baller probably contribute something to this.

"Orange County is one of the U.S. metro areas where the gap between the rich and poor grew the fastest between 1990 and 2012.

Orange County ranked fourth highest in terms of the accelerating income gap between rich and poor.

US METROS WITH HIGHEST INCOME INEQUALITY

1. San Francisco

2. Fairfield County, Conn.

3. San Jose

4. Orange County

5. Springfield, Mass.

As a result, Adibi said those with higher incomes have been able to bid up the prices of homes, making them less affordable for those earning less."
