If it's this difficult to sell brand new, resell would be equally as hard...
That location would be great for retail space, walking distance instead of Woodbury serving everything around it

Retail is coming to the corner of Modjeska & Irvine

Is this still the plan?  If it is it will be great but for some reason I thought the retail center at this intersection was canceled.

The retail center at the corner of Portola springs and Portola was canceled. The landofnoland already answered this Question.
