They still have homes for sale over there?  I would have thought they'd be sold out by now.

When we first went a few days ago, they had 3 plan 2's and a plan 3 (didn't ask about the plan 1s).

When we went back yesterday, everything is spoken for (including a cash buyer for plan 3 @ 910+k).

we were under contract on lot #8, back in early 2012.  im curious how much it sold for. it was the plan 1 with a huge pie shaped lot (lot 8), it was the southeast corner of the development (willow way & silver spruce). the base price was 655K  + a 35K lot premium for a total of $690K. i just punched it into redfin and no luck, same thing with the OC tax assessors office.

Why did it fall through?

it was going to add another 15-20 minutes (each way) to my already long commute, that was the main reason, i loved that lot though, decent, not great view but good enough.  Also, my mother in law wasnt loving the location (too far from the freeway) and unfortunately she has way too much influence on my wife.

The reminding Plan 1 has backyard facing Regency Road thus all have premiums.  My husband and I reserved a Plan 1 but changed our mind and got Plan 2 because it was a better deal.  I remembered Plan 1 with the premium lot and upgrade was $780k, whereas Plan 2 was $810k.  We have a Plan 2 reserved.
