You're only limiting the value of the forums contact by acting like this; I see why everyone on here agrees with one another, because the outside opinions get treated like its a witch in Salem. Don't be afraid of new opinions.
It's been attacks left and right since my first post, and I just came here to have civil conversations about real estate. Let me know if I should leave.
But, I will apology to Madonna because it seems she did receive the brunt of my frustration with this forum and other members.

Well, honey, that's what grace is... giving respect to people who don't deserve it. Find it and use it. I can tell you're the kind who has to dig deep to find it, but I know you can do it. If you're talking about my problem-child, Graph, you have to understand that's just how he is and he's actually much more light-hearted than you would ever believe. I didn't believe it myself until I met him in person. ;-) No, we don't mind new opinions at all. Just keep it real and respectful. Nobody is asking you to leave at all. In fact, I'd like to see you stay and I hope you will. Thank you for stepping up to the plate with the apology. You deserve your first thumb's up for that. Good job.

Well then, I apologize again, as Graph was my first taste of commenting on this blog and it wasn't the most welcoming. Maybe things have started off on the wrong foot.
