It sounds like Strada.
#1 for me because we're living it now and a view of the Orchards from your home and no neighbors behind you is serene and very private. And the view from the windows of the back of your home into the Orchards is beautiful and to me holds more value.  Our last home was a 6000sqft lot in Irvine but neighbors all around so everytime you're in the backyard you can't help but think someone is looking down on you.  But again everyone is different so ultimately choose what you feel is the best fit for you  :)
