What did indiedev put an offer for in Cdm?

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
^ I saw that... I think that's the "cheapest" 3CWG in CDM... not sure if Indie has the affinity for garages that I do.

That driveway is almost double long... could put TWO basketball rims there.

You guys are all wrong. Zombies march uphill and why would he buy a home on the irvine side of PCH. The mushroom house is at a downhill location with a private beach. Zombies never walk down hill. This house is bunkered into slope like a Bin Laden cave. He is too smart to cover his track and do you think his transaction is for the public to gain access?

Uh... you're talking about zombies.

They like the path of least resistance... you posted the opposite.

Elevation is good against the brain eaters.

Note to self: Do not team up with IHS when Z-Day hits.

Yes for humans with agile movement going downhill is faster than uphill. Humans can flex their knees and ankles to compensate braking and not topple over. Zombies have stiffness, unable to bend their ankles and knees. If they travel downhill they will fall. Have you seen zombies traveling downhill in movies?

By that same logic... zombies will not go uphill because they can't bend their ankle and knees, thus elevation is better.

Who cares if zombies can't run downhill... even if they fall and roll downhill... when they get to the bottom they will just get up and bite your face because they feel no pain.

That's another reason not to live in Laguna Woktura, you don't have to worry about the new zombies getting in... but the eventual ones that were your ill-prepared neighbors will all roll downhill on you.

You may know your campfires... but zombies are my world.

How can zombies get up after they fall if they can't bend their knees or elbows?
You're the one who said they can't bend their joints... not me. I just said that using your logic, they would be ill-equipped to "march uphill".

And I added that even if they do fall down the hill... that won't stop them from eating you.

Also... high ground gives you better headshot exposure.
I better stick to my campfire director position.
Indeed.

If you want to live through a Zom-pocalypse... find out where Indie or IHO lives.

IHS - you have a little something on your nose, it is brown, may want to check that out  :P

Indie - congrats on the house, we love CDM and hopefully we will join you in a few years.

Absolutely. This guy is loaded. Rule #1 is to brown nose those with money. I learned this from TIC. Kiss FCB's behind even though they are communist and a future threat to this country. This is what irvine is all about.

Just to let you know I am getting a private tour of the mushroom house!

Because you'll never know when they'll need you for something?

How patient of you. :D

Now that I know indie bought the third most expensive house in the country according to Panda's research I am definitely going to pay attention to what he is saying so someday I can also own a piece of the coastal white water dream. So indie in your honest opinion does the coastal canyon match up to the white water in your future yard?

It's hard to explain, I'll try to use food as an analogy.

If coastal white water is grade prime filet mignon served at your classiest and most exclusive restaurants, then coastal canyon is the "meat" they use at Norm's when you ask for their meat loaf and potatoes with gravy.

Great analogy. Coastal Canyon indeed is chopped up meat seved at Norm except gravy and potatoes have already been stripped out like sidewalk and driveways. I think the Norm patrons don't mind eating meatloaf  as long they can have gravy and mashed potatoes to drown out the bad flavor. The burpping from the meatloaf is really stinky though.
