Indie, I can't find your thread where you said you put in an offer in CDM. Dude, spill the beans! Did you put an offer in one bedroom condo built in the 70s or are we talking about a million dollar home in CDM.

Corona del mar in itself is not impressive... You have to let us know the specs and profile  >:D. Please Impress the panda please.

Although I'm curious... I can respect him wanting to keep this info private.

CDM *is* impressive to me... I recall looking at a condo there before and it was the upper unit of a duplex and it was EXPENSIVE. I also  looked at an Open House that overlooked the beach and I felt I should have paid just to walk around the home.

If you don't mind Indie the home was transferred hand a couple of years ago and how did you end up with it?  PM me if you want to keep info a secret. That part of Cameo Shore is really nice and it's technically CDM but I would expect it by the condo side of CDM. Nice diversion trick there.
 
Wait a minute here. Is IndieDev pulling our legs? This is home is worth $75,000,000. Dude, are you in a legal business? Do you own half the land in Shanghai? This is some kind of joke right?

Or is Panda the joke here?
 
Panda, the home was initially listed by JM for $75 m during the recession. It was sold a few years ago for $34 and now Indie is in escrow for an unknown amount.

If you find out what Indie does for a living then you will see this is just peanut money for him.
