Just want to report. I didn't have a chance to write a note (too busy), but I will try to draft something soon and hopefully that will solve the noise issue. Joke aside, I honestly don't mind the cars park outside, it's just the ignition, the rev and the pulling away noise of the muscle car are so loud and random that sometimes almost give me a heart attack.
What can I do with neighbor's noisy cars?
