Not really a fair question when many of the folks posting here - graphix more than most, have already either answered the "question" or have demonstrated through extensive, data-supported posts that they are the real deal, knowledgeable, and have something constructive to offer. This is, after all, primarily a real estate forum. IF you have really been a long time lurker, you'd know how things generally work around here. Making the effort to see if your "question" has already been answered or doing a little research on your own is part of the deal.
