I know qwertustin and Homie are happy that these 3CWG Augusta models are going for over $1m.

I really should have bought one back when they were new at $700k but was afraid of the teenage mutant limes.

I bought an orange tree from Costco several years ago. I have it in a large pot in the yard. The damn oranges never turn orange. They are dark green just like limes, but they are the size of oranges. I?ve never actually cut one open to see the inside to see if it?s an orange gone wrong or what.

So IHO your teenage mutant limes theory may be accurate
Maybe I?ll slice one open tonight.

Since it's from Costco. Have you consider returning the orange tree?

Closed two days ago for 85k under initial listing. Ouch.

Problem is not just in Tustin.  This one in Irvine closed for $80K less than initial asking.  May be it is a TUSD problem.
