They have 2 models left to sell. The office model (plan2) is going for $856k and the plan 3 model next to it is for 1 mil. Model 2 upstairs is very plain. Model 3 is upgraded to the max. I think the name of the company that bought the models and land from Lyon is Resmac (spelling?)

That's an average of 150k a lot. Seems a little high. But I guess this will help them get through the hard times. Lanner did the same thing a few months ago.
