Villages of Columbus - Columbus Grove - Ciara

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
Who would want to pay so much just to live right across from the Peters Canyon Channel, which smells when the water is just sitting, and right next to that is a huge concrete plant, industies, and a Waste Management Processing Center. Talk about bad air quality and BAD location. On top of that, there is a huge hanger next to this HUGE and VERY POPULATED shopping center, The District. Traffic around the Village of Columbus (IRVINE) will be terrible. I was considering a plan 2 for Lantana, but then realized where the location of the house was, and back out. What a disgusting place to live. I would choose Portola Springs over Columbus anytime, even though I don't really like PS. It is out in the middle of nowhere, but better then Columbus and Lantana. If you are looking for a new home, consider Woodbury. That area and neighborhood is really nice, and the price is reasonable. Try out Stonetree Manor.

Wow, $100K is that the best they could do? The flipper who had a plan 2, completely upgraded and interior designed sold for 1.25K, I think he/she had it originally listed at 1.8M after all the upgrades were done. I like the floorplan of the Plan 2's and 3's, I really do, I just don't care for the neighborhood nor it's high $2000+ a month property tax bill.

Plan 4 is down from $1471K;to $1299K

If you were to buy this. How much more money do you need to do landscaping, upgrades, etc.?
