show some respect.  make it for $8.88
 
Just list the house as a 99 cents special. Everyone will come. This whole listing of the house at this price is silly and confuses the average home buyer.
 
I was unable to get out there... but just like REX usually does... it's been delisted.

We'll have to wait and see if it actually sells or gets relisted as a normal listing.
