Top 5 things you would ideally want in a SFR house you were going to buy.

I would have several secondary wishes but I think these would be my top five.  Unless you are in Shady Canyon range, I think for most of us, it's a big compromise on our personal top five and other wishes.

Actually, high on my list is privacy.  I don't want my next door neighbors looking down on me when barbecuing or lying on my lawn chair in the yard, not have to hear every neighbors' arguments, etc. 

1. Good, safe location with matching good schools.
2. 3CWG
3. Full driveway
4. Decent size back yard with privacy (5500+)
5. Quiet location

That house is nice.

But this home backs up against Jamboree, which is just as bad as any freeway.  Plus anyone driving on Jamboree north probably can look down and see its backyard.

You are correct. I didnt check the aerial or map. I just looked at the home pictures.
