TIC apartment exit cost

some pieces of the mini-blinds in my unit are broken. Will they charge me with excessive fees when I move out?

they shouldnt.  if you are worried about it then just fill out a maintenance request (should be able to do it online) and get them to fix it before you move out.

thanks for all the comments. anyone has any experience with turtle rock vista apts? the mgmt there? also, any thought on whether it's better to be on 1st or 2nd floor? i have 2 children so i like the 1st floor so kids dont have to walk on egg-shell most of the time (we dribble balls inside sometimes) but like the better lighting on the 2nd and obviously no noise from the ceiling. it seems that there is no pricing difference b/t 1st or 2nd floor. sorry first time renting an apt. thanks
