If it doesn't work...you shouldn't have a ton of downside...most of the downside was already built into the price in theory. Isn't it all an upside play? Hope the elem school opens stat. Hope they take down the hangars. Hope they build the middle/high school. Hope the master plan gets completed.
That said, whenever they finish it out, I'm sure it will be really nice and the schools will be really good. The key is they need to get a lot of homes built..ensure the schools can fill from the new homes and thus they won't need to feed from some of the lower income parts of Tustin. As long as the bulk of the people come from expensive homes and thus affluent parents, the schools will be very good (its impossible for them not to be).
